Below is a description of the different unit types and price. As most of our units are apartments, we do not have daily servicing. We have a service and linen change every third day. 

Children aged 0 -12 years sharing existing bedding are free of charge
Additional adults are charged $40.00 per person (which includes breakfast)

All rates quoted are on our online booking system are for up to 2 people (unless stated otherwise ) and include  breakfast and GST.

High Season is every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 25 December to 31 March and every day 25 December to 31st January.

Studio Units (3)
Small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities only, SKY TV, phone, shared balcony overlooking Palm Beach. 2 units have 1 x king bed (splits to twin), the remaining unit has 1 x queen bed and 1 x double bed.

One Bedroom Chalet (1)
Small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities only, Small lounge, SKY TV, spa bath, balcony overlooking Palm Beach, 1 x king bed (splits to twin).

Two Bedroom Chalet
Small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities only, small lounge, SKY TV, 1 bathroom, balcony overlooking Palm Beach, 3 x king single beds.

Three Bedroom Chalet
 Small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities only, small lounge, SKY TV, 1 bathroom, balcony overlooking Palm Beach, three small bedrooms with 3/4 size beds. Not ideal for families.

One Bedroom Villa (5)

 Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, oven and microwave, large lounge with small dining room table, Sky TV, large balcony, most with views overlooking Palm Beach, 10 units have 2 x toilets and 1 x shower, 5 units have 1 x bathroom, 1 x king bed (splits to twin) 1 x queen bed.

Condominium- 4 bedrooms, 2 levels
Large kitchen with walk-in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, oven and microwave, large lounge, dining room table, SKY TV, views over Palm Beach, top level- 1 x king bed with ensuite, kitchen, lounge, lower level - 3 bedrooms each with king beds (splits to twin) 1 x bathroom, 1 x toilet.

Lodge - 6 bedrooms, sleeps 11 on 3 levels
Large kitchen, large fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, oven and microwave, large lounge, dining room table, SKY TV, large entertainers balcony with views over Palm Beach, top level- 2 x single beds, 1 x queen bed with ensuite, middle level - kitchen, lounge, toilet, bathroom, laundry, 1 x single bed, 1 x queen bed, lower level- 1 x king bed (splits to twin) 1 x queen bed, 1 x bathroom, access to balcony.

Bookings will be accepted upon receipt of Credit Card details. Cancellation Policy applies. Rates may be subject to change.  Minimum nights stay apply on long weekends.
