Wellbeing at your workplace or conference with Mel
Do you want your team to feel energised & motivated?
With more than 35 years of experience in the field of yoga & personal development, & a corporate career in the FMCG industry, Mel now offers her knowledge & experience to enhance workplace wellbeing – either in the office or at your conference/team meeting.
All programs will be custom made to the requirements of the sponsor (usually HR or Senior Management) in order to improve workplace satisfaction and wellbeing of staff.
For groups or corporate events, Mel is available to lead:
- Guided visualisations to enhance creativity
- Yoga instruction while sitting on a chair, or on the way to the coffee machine
- Mindfulness introductions to increase efficiency in team meetings
- Group coaching sessions to enhance overall motivation, productivity & team spirit
- A combination or the above
As an example, in a typical session with yoga the team will be taught awareness for breathing & body, how to balance the nervous system, relax muscle tension & improve posture.
Mel is a certified Hatha yoga teacher & Hormone Yoga Therapist (350+ IYTA), Mindfulness Practitioner & Professional Coach (ICF ACC).
