With four newly renovated conference spaces, sea-view break-out areas, Restaurant & Bar facilities, we are Waiheke’s premier conference venue. We can cater for up to 150 delegates & our experienced team will ensure a seamless, successful corporate event. All conference rooms are air-conditioned & include full AV facilities. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. Specialised conference equipment is also available to hire.
The Board Room
The Board Room is Waiheke Island Resort’s elite meeting area. At 25m2 & comfortably seating up to 14 delegates, the Board Room features a center AV integrated bureau, 65″ flat screen LCD & even a private break out balcony overlooking Palm Beach.
The Bay Room
The Bay Room is perfect for smaller conference groups. A bright, versatile space, it features stunning sea views, a 65″ flat screen LCD & is in close proximity to our Restaurant & newly renovated restrooms. At 37m2 the Bay Room can easily accommodate up to 30 delegates theatre style.

The Palm Room and Palm Deck
At 45m2 the Palm Room is our newest conference space. Able to accommodate 45 delegates theatre-style & featuring its own kitchenette, air conditioning & high-resolution projector, the Palm Room also co-joins one of Waiheke Island’s best breakout areas – the Palm Deck. At 75m2, the Palm Deck enjoys sweeping sea-views & BBQ facilities. Fully licensed, the Palm Deck has been utilized by many groups as an entertainment area, a sunny break-out space & also for Restaurant catered lunches & dinners of up to 45 seated diners.
Mawhitipana Room
At 100m2 the Mawhitipana room is our largest & most versatile conference area. Named after the Bay it overlooks, the Mawhitipana Room can accommodate 120 delegates theatre-style. This characterful space features lofty vaulted ceilings, breakout tea foyer, a high-resolution projector with retractable screen & integrated AV, kitchenette & private restroom facilities.
