Conference Room and Accommodation Packages
Terms and Conditions:
Minimum booking of 10pax. All conference rooms and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking. Arrival and departures dates must be between 1st June and the 30th September 2021. This promotion is on offer until 31st August 2021. You must confirm your booking before the 31st of August to receive the promotional offer. All twin-share accommodation must book maximum guest capacity for each apartment. A deposit of 50% is due to secure your booking. Balance is payable on final invoice, 7 days following departure. Cancellations are free up until 3 months prior to your arrival. Cancellations made within 3 months, but prior to 1 month will incur a cancellation fee, of your deposit paid. Cancellations made within 1 month of your booking, will incur the full cost of your booking. Cancellations made due to New Zealand Government Covid-19 restrictions, such as but not limited to, levels 3 or 4 will receive a credit note or refund of all monies paid, minus any third party expenses or catering that may have already been ordered. All catering is pre-ordered and non-refundable 7days prior to your event. Tailored packages also available.
